Summary: We had a lovely stay with family. The house was clean and comfortable. Cons:We couldn't get the TV to work and there are a lot of stairs. The house is listed for sale. We had a stranger wall into the hosue while we were there. They said they were there for an open house. That was not cool since they walked all the way to into the house. So be cautious if the house is still listed for sale.

Summary: It can be hard to find a house that fits our group of friends when we get together. This house was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the kids loved having the game room to hang out together. The house is beautiful with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location was perfect. Right down the street from the arcade, and within walking distance to the beach and Grocery Outlet. There’s a lot of stairs, but it meant we all got our steps in! 😊 I think we will definitely be back!

Summary: The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and only a short walk to the beach. Lincoln City was a good central spot for northerly and southerly explorations. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. Everyone had their own room and a bathroom. The kitchen was large and well appointed with a table large enough for all of us. We loved the ocean view, and the bonus Osprey nest across the street where we could watch the chicks hatch! We did have some difficulty with the front door key and wonder if a door with a key code might be a better idea? Also, it would be nice if there were more seating on the decks, esp. outside the kitchen on the upper level. One of the 2 chairs there was broken, so we sat on the deck surface. (A chair downstairs was also broken).The biggest issue was that Netflix was listed as available yet we could not connect. It wanted account information we did not have access to. And the remotes would not work with the DVD players. But aside from that, we would definitely stay at this lovely home again! Thank you for letting our family enjoy your beautiful property!
