Summary: The stay had an amazing view, quick trip to the beach and the town of Lincoln City was great. There was a good amount of kitchen appliances, pots and pans which was everything we needed. There were only negatives when it came to the cleanliness of the property- there were stains in some mattresses and a smell in the house. It just has a very worn feel to it, but overall, we needed a place that would house 30 people and it did the job. Some small changes and replacements of mattresses, linens, etc could make a big difference!

Summary: Great location, great layout. Appreciated having three kitchens.Some of the beds were old, sagging. Rooms needed sound insulation, especially the doors.Unnecessary complex communication to address blown fuses to some heaters and lights. Staff helpful though in the end.

Summary: The beach is ~5 min walking distance, house has large windows with great ocean views and illumination. Shops and restaurants are at close driving distance; however, if you’re planning on cooking at the house, be prepared to take additional things since the house is equipped with the basics. Bathrooms have towels, toilet paper, small shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The recommendation is that if you’ll be staying for a few days, you bring more of your own things: toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. We liked having a living and dining areas, kitchen, washer and dryer on every floor! Out rating is mostly due to cleanliness. With pros and cons, our large group of ~30 had an enjoyable 3 night reunion.

Summary: There were so many code violations it is amazing it’s allowed to operate; electrical outlets non-functioning or intermittent, no emergency exits in many rooms, and the stairs to the upper floor and to the lower floor were treacherous. Virtually no ventilation. The WiFi was spotty around the building today to say nothing of slow. It’s sad because the location is amazing.

Summary: The location of this property is centrally located along the Coast, and the views of the beach/ocean are spectacular. The full kitchen and laundry room on each level (three floors) was also so convenient. I will definitely rent this property again.

Summary: Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our large family. The layout between all 3 units was perfect. We were easily able to flow back and forth between the 3 levels. I rated it a 4 because we had electrical issues with one of the bedrooms, but a repairman was sent and all was good. Also, the kitchen was missing some basic tools (good knives, measuring cups and spoons, etc). The property has some pretty significate wear and tear, but it didn't take away from the comfort of our stay. Ocean views were amazing. Easy walk to the beach, but you did have to walk down rocks/boulders to enter the sand. For anyone with limited mobility, this would have been a major issue.
