Summary: Walks to Singing beach and downtown. Train to Salem for Haunted Happenings. Short drive to Gloucester for lobster and a schooner ride. Big meals made in the big well equipped kitchen. Great week.

Summary: We had a large group of friends here for a wedding weekend and the spacious house and grounds were perfect for us. There is a wonderful walled game garden and pool area and the house is a mid century modern dream. Lots of.privacy but close.to beach and town

Summary: After agonizing over the choice of properties for a family reunion with a group of adults from 20-something to 80-something, I chose Maggie's place. It was a huge hit! Our group has stayed in a number of VRBOs over the years, less and more expensive than this, but this one turned out to be the very best! The interior photos (especially the kitchen) don't convey the spaciousness. I was a little hesitant that the pool might be shared: would we feel awkward, or intrusive? No! We had it to ourselves and it was spectacular. We felt like honored, appreciated guests and had more than enough privacy. The grounds are idyllic and the whole place has a wonderful vibe.

Summary: The house and property were well suited for our two families traveling together. The play room was great for the kids and even better for the adults keeping an eye on them! The large property with the pool area worked out perfect for all outdoor activities and the newer deck on the second floor was a great spot for a cup of coffee in the morning! Wouldn’t change a thing!

Summary: The house was wonderful with multiple different spaces for people to hang out. The yard, pool, and garden were all lovely- so much outdoor space for kids to play. It felt like everything was set up so well for large groups- lots of large cooking dishes, huge eating areas, and separate bedroom/bathroom spaces (with their own AC- so nice!). The neighborhood and surrounding area is just gorgeous as well.

Summary: Wonderful stay and a wonderful fullly equipped home with a great pool, croquet grounds, and large yard. Near town center and Singing Beach. Everything is walkable. Perfect home for kids with nine bedrooms. Our best annual 4th of July family reunion with 14 people.

Summary: For our family of 12 with 4 kids 5, 7, 10, & 11 having a pool was our top priority and the pool was great! Darrin, the house manager and Maggie were both very responsive and helpful! The house itself was comfortable but showed some wear in places! The kitchen was well stocked and clean! There were air conditioners in each of the bedrooms but some were quite noisy and the mattresses on some of the twin beds were really hard! The property was within easy walking distance to singing beach and close to the train station and some wonderful restaurants! Overall a good time!
