Summary: Lovely large old house/mansion probably from the early 1900's. Lots of space, beds are quite comfortable, heat and hot water work well. Bathrooms have been updated as has the kitchen. Really interesting eclectic decor feel like being in a bygone era. Still in the process of being renovated, will be a real stunning property once everything is completed. Pretty easy to converse with host and host's property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Towels, linens, hair dryers are provided as well as hand soap, however you'll need to bring soap, shampoo, conditioner. Near town although better places to go are Gloucester, Salem, Beverly as there is more variety for places to eat. Very nice stay, was there with 13 family members for my nephew's wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Summary: My book club really enjoyed Villa Fiori for a weekend trip together. Such a unique, striking space, with several wonderful spaces to gather (atrium, library, dining room, kitchen) and plenty of bedrooms to spread out to. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving for our large group, and we enjoyed some of the books and games provided as well. We would definitely come again!

Summary: Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Villa this past weekend. It was perfect for the size of our group - we had 12 people and everyone had their own bed (a first for us!) The Villa itself is lovely with a gorgeous central atrium space and enough little private nooks and spaces for people to chill. The kitchen came fully stocked with every kind of cooking pot/pat/utensil you could ask for and the owners were very accommodating with some schedule adjustments we asked for. It’s also only a short drive to Gloucester where we grabbed dinner on Sat. And WOW is the drive around Manchester and Gloucester breathtaking!On top of all of that, the property manager Don was so great - turning the heat on early for us and even stopping by on Friday before we kicked off to make sure everything was just right.Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from end to end! Summary: We had a family gathering at Villa Fiori the week of Halloween. What a perfect environment! There were 16 of us and we had more than enough space for everyone. The house is old and it definitely needs some work but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the quirkiness. We would stay again.

Summary: We went to Salem, took train there and back. We went to the castle in Gloucester, very cool. It was by the ocean, you could see seals in the distance on an island. House was big and roomy. We had a fire in the fireplace every evening, it was warm and cozy. All sixteen of us had enough space, loved the grounds.

Summary: House is beautiful. Plenty of room and is decorated very nice. There is some random furniture almost everywhere in the hallways and the upstairs bathroom has what we believe was black mold growing in it. It’s a beautiful home and glad we stayed here but just a little rough in the cleanliness aspect. (The bedrooms were all clean tho)
