Negative: Being picky but one of the showers needed a bit of cosmetic work but it operated fine

Positive: Everything really - they reached out before we got there to see how we wanted the beds to be made up, I was able to contact them and let them know we would be really late as we attended a football match and they were very kind and arranged for a key to be where I could find it so we could get in. We were stunned a lovely lodge it was so peaceful and quiet, there was some animal spotting going on seeing an owl, bunny rabbits and we think baby deer. There was a lovely set of books, games and some outdoor options my nephew and I loved playing badminton in the garden area we wished we could of stayed longer. If we are up in that area again we will be rebooking :)

Negative: how short out time was there wish we could of stayed longer to enjoy it more.

Positive: Beautiful and comfortable cottage/chalet with plenty of space, all the kitchen equipment you could need. We especially appreciated the fenced-off section of garden, so we could sit outside with our dogs. Lovely setting with deer coming into the garden in the evening, lots of birds.

Negative: It was a bit cold the first night as the heating wasn't on (the dog's teeth were chattering in the morning), but this was quickly fixed by the owner and the second night was fine. The weather was unusually chilly for May!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lodge! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and tidy everything was. The lodge is nice and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time away. The host was fantastic, providing us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their warm hospitality really made our stay special. A delightful surprise was the provision of a dog bowl and biscuits for our Dog, made us feel even more welcome. The lovely spacious garden was perfect for our dog to explore and for us to enjoy the serene surroundings. We also had the pleasure of seeing local wildlife, including deer and pheasants, which added to the charm of our stay. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we can't wait to return!

Negative: The lodge was a bit hidden, and we drove past it initially due to a discrepancy with the sat nav. However, this was not a major issue and did not detract from our overall experience.
