Negative: The only negative comment was that we hadn’t realised that there was no tv at the property and as our grandchildren are only young we left them quite early on and returned to the Granary, intending to watch the BGT final. We did manage to watch a little tv on one of our phones but it was quite awkward. Lesson learnt, read beforehand what is included at the property. The Wi-Fi was very good though.

Summary: Ideal location to visit our grandchildren.

Positive: Cosy cottage, reasonable price, lovely roses above french doors. Workable kitchen area for cooking basic meals.

Negative: No blind or curtain at french doors so no privacy in the lounge area baring in mind the fencing is in dire need of replacing,, can see through fence into main garden, so felt you couldn't relax fully. and velux window in roof above bed also had no blind so as soon as it's light in the early hours the light is in your face in bed. Dirty in places.

Positive: The Granary was a great place to stay, very convenient to family for our birthday celebrations. My only criticism would be; the shower pressure was very low and took ages to warm up. Otherwise a perfect stay, thank you.

Negative: Only thing is the shower wasn't hot so we had to take baths. Other than that, its all good. Mentioned to host on app as well that the bath floor leaks into downstairs, didn't affect stay though.
