Positive: Spacious property with very reactive and nice host moment away from Ravenscourt Park. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean and quiet.

Negative: The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and thus the property is very convenient for 4. Not so much for 5 or 6. A teapot is missing and maybe some more recent kitchenware would be a nice to have.
