Positive: Clean, lovely decor, well provisioned with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Local neighbourhood quiet, highly recommend nearby cafe Curious Roo. Plenty of options for food and general supplies. 2 minute walk to a train station, which gives you a gateway to all of London. Fantastic stay.
Negative: Our party had no difficulty with the stairs, but won't work for you if you have mobility issues. The train sound also didn't bother us at all, but YMMV if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Positive: The flat was perfect for our multi-generation family stay in London. Fully equipped with everything we needed, very convenient for the tube and local shops, clean and spacious. We loved the quirkiness of the décor, which added a 'destination' feel to our stay. The street was quite and peaceful. The hosts' communication was great.
Negative: My parents in their 70s decided to sleep in the twin bedroom to avoid navigating the spiral staircase during the night. You might wish to take slippers for the kitchen floor. One of our four was disturbed by the train noise, the rest were not. I thought it like rumbling thunder, which I easily ignored. The double room is open (via spiral stairs) to any sound from the living room.

Positive: It was such a lovely place with such a homely atmosphere. It was around the corner from the tube and so close to everything while still being outside of the hassle. It was such an amazing stay!
