Summary: Once again, we stayed at this wonderful house. It has all the comforts of home and is very spacious. It is located close to FSU, Cascades Park, and many restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable! A perfect place to stay!

Summary: We showed up really late after a ball game and the code was spot on, the house is spacious and the water was hot. It checked all our boxes for what we needed. It is in a quaint neighborhood and that was just fine. It’s perfect for game day over nights.

Summary: This is an older property which offered challenges for our family with young children. We had planned to have 2 children sleep in the room with twin beds but upon arrival saw that room was actually in attic space with extremely steep stairs so it was not suitable for them. In addition there was no door on stairs at top or bottom and our toddler tried to crawl up the steps. We had to block stairs with a table. Another challenge was kitchen cabinets that didn’t close properly and lots of cleaning supplies under the sink. We also found the mattresses on all the beds to sag in the middle. Lastly the house wasn’t very clean. The owner was responsive and did apologize and provided a partial refund on one night.and cleaning fees.
