Positive: Loved the furniture. Many lovely antique pieces. Well equipped kitchen.

Negative: The sheets on the front bedroom bed were very rough. There were loose tiles in the smaller bathroom. It's clear that the house is being renovated, but there's still a lot to do. The back porch should have been closed off. It was being held up by a bottle jack. All the door latches need help.

Positive: Location was ok. The rooms were spacious, well equipped. So was the kitchen. Once inside the house things look fine

Negative: The exteriors are not well kept. One of the bathrooms is too small and not suited for anyone above 5 feet 4 inches. So more for kids. Mattresses are old and our backs let us know of that . Kitchen does have small cockroaches that come out at night. I suspect It has to do with the exteriors which is not maintained and that is bound to attract insects.

Summary: Very spacious interiors but the exteriors dissuade one from going again.

Negative: Very old house so pretty run down in some areas.
