Gorgeous suburban townhome located in a fantastic and desirable neighborhood. Near the heart of Spanish Fork and close to breathtaking biking/hiking/walking trails. Only 5 minutes from all shopping and restaurants. Easy access off and on to both major highways: Highway 6 and I-15.
The home is pet friendly, however pets are allowed only on the first floor and basement. Upstairs is all carpet and we want to be sure it remains clean as much as possible. NOTE: this is a townhome, all bedrooms are on the second floor.

Summary: I don’t know whether it was a vrbo issue or owner with communication but we asked for early check in and they didn’t see the message until the day before. We traveled far with little ones and said we’d pay for early check in. We were let into the house before it was cleaned but couldn’t really do anything or unpack except groceries. We arrived at 1 and were expecting to be able to settle in and get ready for the wedding. We couldn’t do this and cleaners were done about 330/4. The house itself needs updated for cleanliness. The basement room area has tarps half hanging over exposed areas. The carpet is gross and dirty. They had so many plug ins to cover the smell that we got headaches. Beds were awful, and had a very thin blanket on them. All the bedroom are upstairs and they are narrow. My dad slipped and fell down them because the carpet was so warn and slippery towards the bottom. Overall not a great rental. It needs updates and replacement of carpet along with better description of all bedrooms upstairs. When we did get a hold of the owners after the door code wouldn’t open, they were nice but unfortunately the stay was not what he hoped.

Summary: We were in town visiting family and this property was only 5 minutes away from where they live, so very convenient. It fit us all well and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!

Summary: The place itself was nice inside. The kitchen was stocked decently with cooking utensils. Our only complaint was the parking. To get into the place, you have to walk around the complex to the front door, go in, and open the garage door from the inside. Twice the sprinklers were on, kids bikes were often blocking the sidewalk, and if there's snow I doubt a path would've been shoveled. The garage is very short--our rental was a Ford Explorer and it barely fit. The driveway is also very short and trucks/SUV's were hanging into the narrow street where kids were often playing. Once you're inside, the property is nice. But due to the parking/garage situation, we wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: We came to Spanish Fork for a quick weekend visit with family. This place fit the bill as a nice place to stay, convenient to town and amenities. Everything was as described, big bedrooms. We had one issue (our operator error) come up, and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Summary: We really enjoyed your home! The game room downstairs was a huge hit with my teens, the beds were comfortable, the location was near the freeway and many restaurants, and it was clean. There was no toaster and very thin blankets. We were chilly at night. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you stay more then one night. The home has all your simple needs. Thank you for hosting our family.
