Brand‐new (Dec. 2024) home with modern furnishings throughout at the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon. This house features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full chef's kitchens with a gas range and a double oven, walk-in pantry, large dining table, family room, living room, 6 tvs w/ streaming apps, fast fiber internet and and a laundry room with detergent is provided for your convenience. Plenty of parking and minutes from Hwy 6 & I-15, plus lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a comfy getaway, family gatherings, and housing when coming to town for a sporting event.
We will often stay in the basement ADU with a separate entrance but you'll have full uninterrupted access to the main floor, top level and the backyard.

Large fenced backyard w/ dining table, sofa, chairs, Blackstone grill and corn hole game.
We often stay in the ADU basement, but have a private entrance. Please don't park in front of the RV pad, so we have access.
No pets or parties allowed. We’re near Hwy 6 (2 minutes away) and I‐15 (7 minutes). UVU is roughly 22 minutes away.
Rules:
No third party reservation—If you book, you must also be staying in the unit.
The reservation must list the number of people who will be sleeping in the house. No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the house or on the premises. We do have exterior cameras, and you will be charged for extra guests.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. If we receive complaints regarding noise, we will kindly provide a reminder. If complaints continue you may be asked to leave.
