Positive: Lovely modern property. Great space for our family of 8. Amazing location, was 15/20 minutes from places like Bewilderwood, Great Yarmouth and Pettitts.

Negative: Had an issue with a leak in the ceiling and contacted management but heard nothing back. Kitchen could do with more frying pans/oven trays to cater for the amount of people that could occupy the property All the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and could do with being replaced.

Positive: The open space, fabulous interior and well thought out. Lots of parking. Beach only 10mins drive away!

Negative: Bottom oven didn’t work. Lights in the lounge/ kitchen area kept flickering on and off all evening. Not great for anyone with epilepsy! Road noise if you have the windows open.

Summary: Great house for a large family or group of friend’s. Beautiful interior.

Positive: Beautiful property with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Open spaces and well equipped. Wonderfully clean inside the house and every room felt luxurious. Stayed with kids and they loved it too!

Negative: For a luxury (and expensive) property, we were disappointed with the cleanliness outside. There was a lot of rubbish and food left on the floor and the BBQ was very dirty. Both large recycling bins were full when we got there so we also had nowhere to put ours.

Positive: spacious, clean, good quality fixtures and fittings. if the sensors had been working the environmentally friendly power saving would have been a real pleasure. large dining area was great. utility was great.

Negative: for the price/rating I would expect both the inside and outside to be pristine. The garden outside was strimmed but generally shabby and the outside furniture and bbq needed to be deep cleaned. unable to use.

Summary: good family accommodation which gave us a great base to holiday in Norfolk.
