Positive: Location Superb. Host really helpful, great welcome hamper helping with first day and breakfast. Boat use a real plus. House very spacious and very well kept. Close to all amenities shops, restaurants etc.(Less than a 5 Minute walk)

Positive: Lovely modern, comfortable home from home, great location on both the water and a very short walk into the centre of Wroxham. Plenty of kitchen and living space for multiple family or friends. Super comfortable beds, didn’t want to get up! Thoughtful welcome hamper contents to make initial arrival easy, and inclusion of the boat was just the icing on the cake. Leon, the owner was very welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault anything and would happily go back!

Negative: Having to pack up and go home again!

Summary: Well appointed modern home from home, with included river cruiser in excellent location, loved it!
