Positive: The location was amazing great for paddle boarding straight from property to coltishall to the rising sun pub/restaurant takes about a slow 20 minute paddle. The hosts were amazing very friendly and helpful. Has a beautiful fenced off garden and patio. Lovely to be able to play tennis on the courts. The house is very spacious and light just can’t fault it.

Negative: We had to leave when holiday was over could have stayed forever. Can’t wait to return

Positive: Lovely location. Nice to be able to sit by the river and walk around the grounds. 15 minute walk to pub where we had a delicious meal. Open plan kitchen/dining/living space was spacious, light filled and relaxing.

Positive: Our 3rd time here with family and our dog. It has a been superb and very relaxing break. Very comfortable accommodation and extremely clean. All amenities we needed for our stay. Ideal for our elderly parents with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom/shower. Absolutely Beautiful surroundings to walk around right next to the river. Secure back garden with views, BBQ and seating areas were perfect. Caroline our host was so accommodating. Thank you for wine and crisps and the flowers were a beautiful touch. We look forward to returning again with family. Thank you so much.
