Pleasantly traditional four bedroom, four bathroom villa with private garden with a private swimming pool, games room, high speed fibre Internet and cable tv, fully air conditioned, located only 150m from Praia do Cabeço beach.
This traditional and large 4 bedroom villa offers ample floor area and accommodates up to ten people including children. It is located in the very popular Casas da Audiência resort, next to Praia Verde, and only a stone’s throw from the beach which is approximately 150 meters away.
The villa features three double bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suites and outside terraces. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with four single beds, which is ideal for a family or just for the kids. There is also an additional bathroom / cloakroom with shower. All bedrooms provide plenty of storage space with large built in wardrobes.
Villa 38 has a spacious open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, which opens out onto the garden outdoor dinning area and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small larder with a second fridge freezer, which is ideal for larger groups. The villa is fully air conditioned and has cable TV and fast fibre internet.
The lower ground floor is completely open plan and has several relaxing seating areas. This makes an ideal rumpus room, or getaway for the kids. The table tennis is a firm favourite with the teenagers.
The private back garden is mainly laid to lawn, with a swimming pool, and has a covered area with a traditional Portuguese style brick barbecue, which is ideal for cooking over charcoal and dining “al-fresco”.
