Summary: The house is great and felt really safe in a nice neighborhood. I also cannot get over how great the location of this place was. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the DC Metro Rail which I used every day to avoid driving into the city and trying to find (and pay for) parking.

Summary: The property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was cozy and convenient to the DC Metro and Alexandria areas we wanted to go. Great area of town close to a couple of neat restaurants and pubs as well. Will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Summary: This was a lovely house for our stay in Washington DC! It's about 1/2 mile walk to the local metro station - so convenient for sight seeing! We were the first ones to ever stay here and the space was ready for use. The neighborhood was very safe to walk around. It is a couple of miles to any grocery stores, so be prepared to rent a car or lyft/uber when you need supplies. The property itself has one bedroom on the main floor and an entire basement with another bedroom and bathroom. It was ideal for traveling with a teen who needed their own privacy.
