Positive: What a great place to stay! So convenient to the Metro and walking distance to Old Town and the Waterfront. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and nicely updated. The beds and linens were comfortable. The A/C performed extremely well on the main level and the upstairs bedrooms had additional window units and ceiling fans to ensure comfortable sleeping. Loved the desk area in the main bedroom. The kitchen was only minimally appointed but had the essential coffee maker, pod machine, wine opener and wine glasses. The living room was very comfortable with plenty of seating and lighting. A great experience! Will stay again!

Negative: The fold out couch was not as comfortable as others I have used and the linens were not complete.

Summary: Great location, very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again.

Negative: The location of the property in relation to the metro does cause a good amount of noise. All the house next to this unit has a dog that barks very loud and is very annoying

Positive: Location of this property is good, next to Metro station, 15 minutes walk from Queen Street and equally 15 minutes from waterfront. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as advertised. All good. Parking for the car in the alley behind the house (there are two alleys, the one we needed was the narrow one :-). Kitchen is up to par. We did not cook, as most apartments we rented over the last 3 weeks most cookware is limited. Basic cooking could be done I assume (we just heated some leftover Pizza). Bathroom, water pressure and temperature are OK.

Negative: The environment is noisy : quite some traffic, and traffic lights near the house. The noise insulation is definitely not up to par. Cars, trucks and sirens kept me awake. For 3 nights :-(. Cleanliness overall was OK, but if you look closer you see that the cleaning is done rather superficial (below fridge, between fridge and wall, between hub and counter, the odd hair stuck against the bathroom ceiling, ...I'm a freak when it comes to cleanliness). The outside spaces (front and back also require some attention, this would add to the overall experience). There's no locker or safe in the house (at least did not find one) to store our documents; the reason I mention this is because the doors (front and back) seem very fragile. I don't care about my undies, but require my passport to get back home and don't want to carry it on me all the time. Bed sheets and pillows did not feel pleasant, although there's airco and a ceiling fan, the sheets made me sweat. Some better quality bed linen would have been appreciated (a good 4 season duvet and some natural cotton sheets). And last but not least: after confirming via Booking.com, the property owner made us go through a separate website to sign a contract and upload a copy of ID cards. As EU-citizen on a eSIM limited data plan and only a smartphone at hand, this was rather cumbersome. On top the owner or rental company (?) kept inquiring for details which are IMO completely not relevant and to a point I found them intrusive.
