Summary: We loved the apartment. Super roomy, a/c was super cold, plenty of dishes, comfy couch, comfortable beds. Plenty of extras left for us to use such as trash bags, dish soap, washing machine pods, coffee, salt, pepper and other seasonings. The area was older and not exactly what I expected, but had a super good stay.

Summary: Despite the misinformation on the VRBO website regarding the availability of 3 beds vs 2, our stay was good. The facility is very clean, well appointed and easy to locate within proximity to the Conference area. The host was very quick to remedy the situation and all was well. An earlier property booked had been double booked and this was the fast alternative property available.

Summary: We loved the Condo. The view was amazing. We are all seniors and two had difficulty navigating the stairs and the tubs which did not have safety bars. I get around easily so didn't think to ask about stairs and tubs. Krystal was very helpful. One of the ladies managed to pack one of the spoons so I'm not sure how to return that item.

Summary: Spent a couple nights and this condo is very close to downtown and good food. Very clean and pleasant place. Pool is not accessible and overall property is sort of in transition but seems safe.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay while in Birmingham for my sons baseball tournament. Very pretty condo and very well decorated. The entire unit has been renovated and looks just like the pictures. Krystal was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
