The home is a 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 2 is carpet, so please no pets in this room. We're in Michigan helping elderly parents, and would like to share our home with you rather than it just sitting empty.
The space
Quiet community with new appliances, floors, beds, sliding doors, and washer and dryer. All rooms are equipped with Roku TVs, Spectrum Cable TV, Disney+, MLB, PureFlix, Tubi (free movies), several other free Roku Channels, and 70+ local channels via a antenna outside. Other free Roku channels are also available. The home has a Monitored Alarm System with monitored CO2 and Smoke detectors, and a newly installed gas detector. You can arm for added security if you want. Code issued upon booking. Each room has it's own key lock.
Important Update:
We take the health of our guests seriously. This is why we have upgraded our place to a machine that is scientifically proven technology (By NASA) to kill Covid and other microbes in the air and on the surfaces.
Guest access
In addition to your sleeping area, you may use all common areas, such as living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Garage access is for using washer and dryer only.
You may also use the front porch and back yards.
WiFi access is throughout.
Surveillance camera watches from the garage to the road, inside the garage mostly in the areas not open to guests, and backyard because of our storage shed. No access to the shed in the back yard.
Please note: Due to continued issues with our previous cleaner and maintenance persons, we recently replaced them to bring back a higher standard. The new maintenance and cleaning persons will be there to address any concerns you may have, and will need to access the backyard shed periodically.
Please, no smoking or vaping inside. A fee of $200 will be charged for violating our no smoking policy.

Summary: This house is very clean and spacious. 3 nice sized bedrooms, one with a private bath, another bath at end of the hall. Spacious living room, cute dining room and nice kitchen. House was still being cleaned when we arrived 90 minutes after check in time. Owners were very communicative and welcoming. Only thing I did NOT like at all was one of the cleaning ladies kept her motorcycle in the driveway and would come onto the property and get into the backyard shed anytime she wanted. I asked her to give us notice when she would be on the property and she was quite rude about it. Other than having to deal with her, the stay was very nice!

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Allowing us to park our motorcycle trailer and truck on tge was a major deciding factor. We traveled on our bikes most of the time while there. Great restaurants in the area, a grocery store close by and excellent Chinese food was a big bonus!!

Summary: THIS is our second stay in the month of September. Our dog didn't want to leave, nor did we. The home is so inviting and we wish we could find one like this to buy. We plan to come back if we sell our place and need a place to call home. This is our home away from home.
