1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located on the beautiful Florida Space Coast. 35-45 minutes from 3 major airports; 15 minutes to Canaveral National Seashore natural beaches; 30 minutes to Cocoa or New Smyrna Beaches; 50 minutes to Orlando theme parks. Private 1000 sq ft space located in beautiful home in North Titusville, FL. Bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, Roku TV, walk-in closet, full dresser and night stands, and a crib if you need it. Living room and fully appointed kitchen are open concept with a day bed/trundle that sleeps 2 and sliding door to outdoor space. Pool bathroom is large with huge tiled shower and storage. Outdoor patio with ceiling fan looks out to the pool and 8 person hot tub; sunscreen and pool/beach towels are provided. Laundry, initial entry and the pool /hot tub are common spaces, but apartment is tucked away from the rest of the home absolutely separated from the main house. The hosts are family-oriented and live onsite; they are open to conversations in their kitchen or to leaving renters completely on their own. Mom is a gourmet cook who will make dinner for guests for a reasonable extra cost - especially after a long day at the beach or parks. Dad can help arrange fishing and kayaking trips - also reasonably priced. There is so much to do, you can be busy everyday exploring the Space Coast and Central Florida and return to watch the sun set from the hot tub.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Ann and John’s rental. They were wonderful hosts! The rental was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The hosts were very friendly and communicated quickly! We got there close to midnight, and they had sent us easy instructions to check in. Great central location to things we did, and 5 star hosts! Loved the pool, hot tub, and patio which we were encouraged to use whenever we wanted! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Absolutely an amazing experience. The host were so hospitable and accommodating. Cute little apartment with a pool and hottub. Our family of 4 stayed comfortably and visited the space center before boarding our cruise. We highly recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Summary: Wonderful process from start to finish. Only had a short stay and arrived very late for our stay. Ann’s communication was second to none. Instructions were very simple and she even had snacks ready for us when we arrived. The place was great and very clean and taken care of. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: My husband, son, and I had a great time staying at this location! We spent the first day at a beach which was only 20-30 minutes away from where we were staying. Then, we spent the day at the Kennedy Space Center which was a quick/easy drive from where we were staying once again. It was so nice to have a place to come back to that had a very clean pool and hot tub to relax in. Definitely would recommend for a family looking for a cozy place to stay, but still be close to popular Florida places.
