Positive: This property did not disappoint in any way shape or form, Absolutely stunning from the outside to the inside. A super cosy, very modern take on an old school cottage. They really have everything you need for a home away from home. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay. On arrival Natalie had left some unexpected gifts which was such a lovely touch. As much as the hot tub was fab, my fave part of the cottage was sitting at the window reading with such a stunning view. My partner wanted to book back up before we even left! Natalie was super friendly and was there if we needed anything. We will 100% be back!!

Positive: Everything! Fantastic location with amazing views, and so peaceful. We were snowed in on our second day, and Natalie popped around to make sure that we were okay, and if there was anything that we needed. The snow didn't stop us sitting in the hot tub, looking out at the snow covered fields! It's in a great location for exploring around the Border region.

Positive: What’s not to like about the property! It has been completed to a really high standard, all rooms are beautiful but especially the bathroom and bedroom. We loved the window seats in the lounge and bedroom - perfect for relaxing and reading. The views from the hot tub are spectacular. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, miles from civilisation and that is perfect for a relaxing break. The Prosecco and snacks on arrival were such a thoughtful touch.
