Positive: Very clean well appointed place to stay. Lovely decor and great having decking as extra space when weather allowed. Nice quiet part of park away from road so very little traffic noise. Really had thought of pretty much everything - kitchen well equipped and good to have some cleaning kit too. As with dishwasher tablets maybe leave a few washing machine tablets or liquid in container like for dishwasher.Tavern restaurant and bar good and reasonable with the chippy and coffee bar across the road. Onsite shop sells the best eggs. Not too far to bigger towns for shopping and the Borders is a beautiful area to look round. Great stay and would definately stay again.
Negative: Nothing to not like but my only personal preference would be a higher back sofa - only because thats what I have at home and feel it would be more comfortable.And maybe slightly larger towels - I am on the curvy side so felt a bigger towel would have been better. Maybe a wee side lamp in sitting area so you do not have to have the overhead lights on which are bright of an evening.

Positive: An absolutely immaculate accommodation. Clearly the pride and joy of the owners which is reflected on its presentation. A lovely welcome package left on arrival and everything required for a lovely stay.
