Positive: We have just arrived home from a lovely 4 night stay at the caravan. On arrival, the caravan felt homely and was absolutely spotless. There was with everything you need and more during your stay (lots of kitchen cooking equipment, cleaning products, board games and blankets for the pets). Not forgetting the goodie basket which was a big hit, thank you! All of the beds were comfortable (coming from someone with a notoriously bad back!). The owner was really responsive to messages throughout our stay. No complaints at all. The site itself has a well stocked shop and we ate at the Tavern 3 nights and enjoyed the food. There’s also a little walk around the edge of the site which I did with the dog. We would 100% stay again.

Positive: Was nice and clean with everything we needed to make a great stay. Like the welcoming basket that even had some dog biscuits for my dog.

Negative: As mentioned before the WIFI was a bit slow at times.

Negative: Only thing was the WiFi was occasionally very slow! Though we did have some terrible rain so was probably just that

Positive: I have stayed on this superb site several times previously, but I have to rate 40 The Green as exceptionally exceptional. Clean, comfortable and well appointed with the owners attention to detail perfect. The added luxury of washing machine, dishwasher and oh so comfortable beds raised this property above the norm. A gentle ramp to access the property and tempting welcome pack are just the icing on the cake. Roomy decking with comfortable seating had to be left untried due to the Scottish weather but my dogs recommended it. Hope to return soon.
