Positive: It was good value in price, in Hong Kong terms. The hotel room itself was nice, and the location is excellent. The food was good for breakfast.

Negative: It seemed like the staff was more used to dealing with Chinese customers, judging by how they interacted with us and signs like 'no spitting' on the garbage. We also found the staff at breakfast to be quite strict.
