Positive: The girl who waited for me until 3 AM due to my delayed flight was incredibly sweet and helpful, even with subsequent requests. I give her a 10/10 rating!!! The location is excellent, in a vibrant neighborhood, just steps from the subway.

Negative: Given the kindness I received, I'm very sorry to make these criticisms. The room is tiny. I'm 1.9m tall, and the bed is 1.8m long. There's a wall on both sides, so I slept curled up for three days. I barely used the shower and toilet, either, as they were impossible for me to use. I think they're fine for someone who's 1.7m tall or taller. I think the space should be made clearer on booking.com. There's a useless and unusable mini-kitchen that should be removed in favor of a bed and bathroom.
