Summary: What a wonderful stay! Such beautiful hosts and an absolute amazing room and experience. The only reason I would be honest for some future guests to take into account is this. I was on the 12th floors and I stayed for about 2 weeks, unfortunately the sound proofing isn't great enough that at most parts of the evening or in the mornings you will hear the sound of the trains coming and going and it can get quite loud at times. But the quality of the room was amazing sos large, but just to keep that in mind that you will hear the sound of the trains depending on which room you might be placed on

Summary: Excellent location, just next to Yokohama Station. Unlike other hotels where you have to keep an eye out for an available washing machine, this hotel is very thoughtful and has machines on three different floors. On the floor I stayed, there were three machines, and they were always available. I stayed at two different hotels during this trip, and my 6-year-old daughter asked me, “Can we stay there again next time?”
