Positive: Very clean, easy to find, Momo & Kookoo such a good helper also to explain about everything. The area also close by to the road, nice restaurants & cafe, and very close to Namsan Tower too.

Positive: The guesthouse is in a very central area of Myeongdong, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and close to subway and bus stops. The room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast included eggs, milk, cereal, and more. Momo and her sister were incredibly helpful, and they even gave us gifts when we left! I definitely recommend staying here, and I'll certainly come back again when when I visit Seoul.

Positive: Good location, less than 5 minutes walk to grocery stores and the subway station. The room was small but cozy. Very friendly and cheerful host. She doesn’t speak English but Google translate helped us.

Negative: Breakfast was rather early (7-9 am). The air conditioner was very weak and there was a little stuffy in the room. There was musty smell in the bathroom.

Positive: Central location and good value for money. Close to a good vegan restaurant. Clean. Friendly/supportive staff. The staff did my laundry for free. They had raincoats and umbrellas that could be used for free which were useful!

Negative: The only main negative comment is this: I had a difficult time locating the guesthouse using the navigation app (I used the local Naver and Kakao apps), which was frustrating, especially since I was carrying heavy luggage at night. The following observations are not necessarily negative, but rather aspects of my experience that others might find useful: The room was very small and this was adequate for my needs - just about - as I only needed a place to sleep and shower. The staff were friendly, but at times, their enthusiasm crossed personal boundaries. They insisted on sharing details about their favorite K-pop artist and took photos of me, making me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, they wiped down my entire luggage upon arrival and required me to wear indoor slippers, which understandably might be a local custom. I wasn't too keen on using slippers that had been worn by others.

Summary: Great value for money if you need a centrally located place and plan to spend most of your time outs
