Positive: Central location, very near the airport limo bus stop, train station exit and myeongdong. It is also very accessible to other tourist areas. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. The room floor was warm. Free instant noodles and breakfast included, breakfast was 8-12, which was a rather long period, a good thing. Travellers were mindful to be quiet after about 10pm.

Negative: The toilet floor was really cold (there are slippers). Just be mindful that there aren’t any lifts to your room.

Positive: +The staff was really nice and friendly. +The location is great. +The homemade tea is amazing. +Tv has netflix. we really enjoyed our stay in Ari house.

Negative: -The rooms are a bit small but if you keep your things organized its not that bad.

Positive: Extremely friendly stuff; the daily breakfast was a nice surprise.

Negative: The futons were very thin and narrow, I was lucky there were two of them in my room so that I could stack them and sleep more or less comfortably.

Summary: Super friendly guesthouse in the best possible location to explore Seoul!

Positive: The property is soooo comfortable. The host is so nice too! We talked a lot. The location is so strategic, right behind the 12th store Daiso. Very close to Exit 1 Myeongdong Station.

Positive: -The hosts were kind and hospitable -Location as very near the metro and airport bus terminal -Free snacks

Negative: -Mattress is not comfortable to sleep on and no chair in the room to sit on -Space, although listed for 2 people, is really only comfortably sufficient for one person -Can easily hear the noise from the other room, so if you’re a light sleeper, might be a problem -No elevator, so if you have a heavy luggage, might be difficult to bring up and down the stairs
