Negative: We had the free breakfast tickets, but we're not able to use them. The first morning, we waited for someone but no one was manning the desk. The second morning we waited but no one acknowledged us so we left.

Positive: They charge for parking. The hallways carpet was old and sprayed with horrible odors that gave us headaches.

Negative: The strong odor in corridors and having to pay for parking

Positive: Room was clean and comfortable but carpeting was questionable throughout entire hotel. The staff was great and accommodating to anything we asked for.

Negative: Cleanliness on outside of hotel (overflowing trash bins) and scattered trash in parking area, dirty sidewalk areas. Does not seem to be very well maintained. Inside hotel common areas seemed fine except for flooring and especially the carpeting. Lots of stains and didn't appear clean at all. I think a really good carpet cleaning or actually replacement is warranted.

Summary: Just okay but would not book there again based on common areas lack of cleanliness.
