Get away from it all, and enjoy the sun and moderate temperatures in this well laid out and beautifully furnished condo. All new in June, 2018. In-unit washer and dryer. Sony 65” flat screen 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV, Google Assistant. Master suite with king bed and 43" Smart TV, and USB equipped night stand lamps, second bedroom with queen bed. Both with Stearns & Foster brand new mattresses and luxury linens. Fully equipped top of the line bathrooms, one with built-in seating in the shower, plenty of plush towels, bathroom supplies, scale, and blow dryer for your conveniences. A brand new kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, both major and small essentials. Loads of cabinets and drawers stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, tupperware, silverware, knives, wine glasses as wells as kitchen rags, paper towels, tissue, simple tools, and first aid kit. HVAC in the kitchen and living room, but you may never need it. Ceiling fans and wall heaters in both bedrooms. Wi-Fi, electricity, cable, water, trash, and the monthly village association fee are all included with no extra charges.
This is an active 55 and over community with 24-hour gated access offering free shuttles throughout the community and to the nearby shopping centers, restaurants, houses of worship, and medical facilities . 7 unique club houses with endless opportunities to connect, participate and socialize.

Summary: The condo is clean and well appointed with everything you'll need for your stay. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space and comfortable beds. The open dining/living area is great for visiting with family and friends. The balcony is inviting, and has a great view of the sunset. The owner/property manager is very responsive to questions and inquiries. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Laguna Beach/Woods area, look no further!

Summary: Everything about our stay was fabulous! Ken is a great host and connected with us on every detail to make sure we had a comfortable experience. Summary: My spouse and I stayed for one month. It was an amazing stay thanks to Kenny ( owner) who does and outstanding job keeping his unit spotless, modern, well decorated and comfortable. Unit is highly equipped with anything you need from kitchen supplies, to cleaning products, sheets, towels, and more. What we liked: 1. Kenny and the unit for sure ! He was so welcoming! We arrived to the condo and Kenny already had the unit ready including a beautiful basket with fruit and other goodies:):) This was such a generous and kind gesture from the owner! 2. Kenny has a super well organized unit and we felt at home from day one! 3. The interior of the unit was nicely decorated, welcoming and spacious! Lots of light , comfortable , clean , modern furniture. 4. The bed was sooo comfortable! Super clean and high quality sheets and cover. 5. Walk-in showers were beautiful and fully stocked bathrooms, with plenty of nice towels. 6. All appliances worked very well, kitchen was spacious and super beautiful. Impressed with the fully stocked kitchen ! 7. Images of the condo are beautiful and we loved the unit even much more after we arrived! 8. Unit is well insulated and very quiet. Balcony had two comfortable lounge chairs. 9. Overall, the unit met and even exceeded our expectations. Summary: Ken’s place was nicely remodeled and comfortable. There were a few small issues but nothing that interfered with our ability to enjoy our stay. One matter that we certainly hope Ken will address is the mattress. Although comfortable, it was soiled and did not have a mattress cover to shield us from the stains. That aside, we would consider staying a Ken’s place in the future.
