Summary: Clean room,Awesome staff.parking is decent. Customer please be aware there is NO ELEVATOR in this hotel. So just be mindful where your room is,as too where the stairs are.

Summary: Parking was great. The room was clean and we felt very comfortable. My husband went outside to do his morning meditations and prayers and told me how wonderfil that time was. That particular area had chairs and hanging lights and he felt it was a very pleasant time.

Summary: By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in!! When we pulled we was so confused because they look like apartments lol but we loved and will be back anytime I’m in the area!!

Summary: The property was clean, staff was friendly, parking was fine. However, the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable to my liking. The bed was extremely firm. We only stayed one night. There is not an elevator so you do have to take stairs to your room.

Summary: Had called for a late check out and was told they can only do an extra 30 minutes (11:30am). After calling the front desk for that request, housekeeping came to the door 4 times before the actual 11am checkout time. On the 3rd time, someone banged on the door like the police, shouted "housekeeping" and tried to aggressively open the door when it was latched. Even after telling him to come back later, another housekeeper came back about 20-30min later. I understand they have a job to do, but I've stayed at many hotels over the years and never experienced that before. Poor communication and bad judgement from the staff. Also found hairs all over the place in the bed, bathroom etc. If they're in such a hurry to kick out guests so they could clean, you would at least expect the rooms to be spotless. Normally a big fan of Sonesta hotels but this will likely be the last time I ever stay at one again.
