Summary: I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I am pleased with this hotel. I would not continue to stay at this hotel if I were not pleased with the facilities, personnel and service. This visit, I want to make special mention of the front counter clerk, name Precious. On her own initiative, she went above and beyond to solve a room selection situation.
