Positive: FANTASTIC PEOPLE and hotel! We are just blessed that we had a chance to stay here - the level of hospitality and kindness is unmatched. They were so welcoming, so thoughtful, and accommodating during our stay for us and our child. In addition, both breakfast and dinner were delicious! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Positive: Clean, modern, comfortable, next to Takachiho Shrine. The kagura dance festival was going on when we stayed and the staff were accommodating, with directions prepared and cushions provided to use when sitting on the tatami.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and well presented. Location is great being in town and close to the gorge and shrine.

Negative: The rooms are a bit small, particularly when you have large bags.

Positive: The room is superb!!!, the size is more than comfortable for two people with every amenities you will need as a traveler! The location is just right to the takachiho gorge by walk or car are perfect. My aunt forgot cash in the room and the staff kept it for us, this’s the real omotenachi
