Negative: This contact fridges in hotels never really cold, and the room automatic cut off the fridge too, so always warm bottles when back in room... should have a permanent line, then everything perfect......

Negative: Huge turnoff: In the room, a list of no less than 30 ways to get fined by the hotel, from smoking to stealing.

Summary: Expensive for Cambodia, only 3 or 4 of 80 rooms occupied.

Positive: Very clean hotel and very helpful staff - especially the manager who speaks very well english

Negative: Sterile rooms (not very cozy). There is no breakfast offered, but you can buy it from the 'cafe' next door, however, the cafe does not have a kitchen and therefore the delivery time is extremely long (at least 45 min). Most hotel staff speaks very little english (it sounds like it is mostly Cambodians staying here)

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Giving good advise on things to do in the surroundings and how to get there. Doing their utmost to giving you a pleasant stay. Nice to communicate with. Beautiful room, great bed.

Negative: It’s a pity there is no restaurant yet for having breakfast or dinner.

Positive: Soho Resort is a really modern and super clean resort! The pool is absolutely amazing. The staff is also friendly. We can totally recommend!

Negative: We never had warm water in the shower, that’s the only minus. But as its warm there it was okay!

Positive: We stayed for three nights at this hotel in Koh Kong and had a great experience. The hotel is new and modern, and our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived, they kindly let us choose our room — since there was availability, they offered us the best one, with a large and very comfortable king-size bed, at no extra cost. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they gave us lots of tips about the area, activities to do, how to get around, where to rent a scooter, and the best places to eat. They were always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We actually ended up extending our stay by one night, and they even helped us book our transfer to continue our journey to Battambang. We highly recommend this place! The location is also very convenient — just a few minutes from the center of Koh Kong.
