Positive: Loved the spacious layout of the room and bathroom, quality amenities especially the high altitude chinese herbs and the oxygen canister was a big plus!

Negative: The room cleaning when later than usual time was not great: didn't empty trash, clean cups, nor changed dirty pillow case. Only hid the pillow in the cupboard!

Summary: If ever I come to Xining again will stay here for sure, will recommend to anyone I know.

Negative: Everything else was normal as what should be expected on a 5-stars international brand hotel, just one thing that I am not satisfied with. I booked a club access room, which, according to what is written on the description on booking.com, it includes complimentary breakfast, tea and happy hour. On that morning when we were going for our breakfast, but the front desk said that our breakfast was not including in the price? I understand that the breakfast included was supposed to be at club Millesime, but it was close. I paid extra for its benefit tho. If the hotel can’t do what is stated on the description please don’t write it there! Although the problem was solved at the end after I talked to the front desk for a while and showed them the prove, but the process took a while and wasted my time since we had a flight to catch! Kinda disappointed!

Positive: Most importantly, it's a great location with all the action just across the road, with an underpass right out-front. The hotel easily lives up to it's five star rating, and would have to be one of the cheapest five star hotels I've been in anywhere.

Negative: Nothing not to like here.
