Summary: Stayed here in October, on our Leafpeeper tour. Great location for touring Boothbay area. Great ocean views! Updated room, comfy bed and outstanding breakfast! Only suggestion/complaint is outlets bedside for electronics.

Summary: Property has a great view and is partially renovated. But for people with mobility issues it is a nightmare. We stayed in a room supposedly on ground level at the Loft building. There was not room to park nearby and you had to walk on ground with rocks and a very rough and uneven old walkway to get to the room. We were not able to go to the breakfast because you had to go from that building across the grounds and up a couple of stepping stones that had no rails. Or you had to walk a very long distance around the restaurant parking lot The tub was very slippery and no tub mat was supplied We had to go ask for one. They really need to work on ADA compliance.

Summary: We loved this place. Great room we got the two beds we requested. Staff is wonderful. The restaurant is great with a wonderful woman running the show. And the breakfast was great too and free!

Summary: We had a delightful stay at Smuggler's Cove Inn. The family owners are lovely, friendly and very hardworking. Despite the first impression from the road, the buildings are very well maintained and beautifully situated to make the most of the property and view. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is a feast! Dinner choices are varied with a bit of extra spice in some dishes...the gumbo was a treat! We wish the owners many more years of much success.

Summary: Beautiful location. Well appointed room, a bit on the small side. There was no iron or ironing board. Maybe a Maine thing as there wasn’t one in the Vrbo we stayed in as well?
