Positive: Stayed here for the munster fleadh...an absolutely gorgeous house. Spotlessly clean...beds were extremely comfortable...fluffy soft towels.. Aoife ,the host, was at the end of the phone at all times if we needed anything, and we also had the pleasure of meeting aoifes mammy ,the Baker of the scrumptious appletart... lovely touch....and the real butter also provided....and cream....will definitely be back to this house , and I have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone... you will not be disappointed.....GOLD STARS ALL ROUND

Positive: Sleepy Rock was perfect for our family gathering. It is spacious, very well equipped and beautifully presented. It is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and just a short drive into the town. The enclosed back yard was perfect for the kids and for enjoying the evening sunshine. The beds were all very comfortable. Aoife was a lovely host, so accommodating and we arrived to a gorgeous apple tart and cream.

Negative: Couldn’t fault it at all

Positive: Aoife was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Great house, really well equipped and lovely touches like a few bits in the fridge and apple tart. Accommodating for baby too and close to town.

Positive: We were a group of 6 ladies, celebrating an early Women’s Little Christmas. Sleepy Rock was everything we hoped for and more. A fabulous house, warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Facilities and location perfect. Gorgeous touches like cosy cushions and throws everywhere, and fuel for the open fire. Aoife is a marvellous host, she even left us an apple tart and cream, another of the lovely touches. We will definitely return. Dungarvan is a very nice town, lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Negative: Nothing. It was perfection.

Summary: Exceptional from start to finish.
