Positive: Cozy, comfortable room with coffee/tea making facility and extra special perks. On arrival we were even treated to warm berry crisp with ice cream and coffee! Our warm, friendly hostess is a certified chief and it showed. Our Eggs Benedict were delicious, the best we’ve ever had!!

Positive: Exceeded all out expectations after reading previous brilliant reviews . Beautiful room / bathroom / breakfast lounge - felt very luxurious lovely attention to detail and art work . Bed was best we had in 10 night travel Ireland - even compared to 5 star hotel . Very warm welcome from Catherine - home pudding on arrival and just amazing breakfast again best we had in.

Positive: The extremely talented Catherine at No 12 has created the best B&B experience we've ever had. We booked very last minute with some specific requests but nothing was too much trouble for her. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a wonderfully warm welcome and the comfort of a home away from home. The whole house was so beautifully & tastefully decorated with amazing, calming colours and gorgeous art and everywhere was immaculately clean. Being met on arrival with warm homemade berry crumble and ice cream was such a treat!😋 The room and ensuite themselves were very clean & comfortable and once again beautifully and artistically decorated. Catherine had all the local knowledge and even gave us menus and advice on where to eat that evening which we really appreciated. The location was ideal for where we needed to go. The town centre itself is lively and vibrant and the town square feels like mainland Europe rather than Ireland. The 3 course breakfast was the icing on the cake.... so luxuriously decadent and delicious it really blew us away. As you can see we are definitely foodies and art lovers and this B&B completely exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!🙏😁

Negative: The only small suggestion I would have is maybe having a top sheet available for bed as we found it quite warm during the night. Better too warm than too cold though 🙂.

Positive: No. 12 B&B is an absolute gem. Super comfortable, clean, warm, very stylish, and wonderful attention to detail. And the breakfast.....it's the very best you will get. Catherine, the owner, is very welcoming and kind, who clearly prides herself in her small business. What more is there to ask! I would go back to Dungarvan just to be able to stay here again.
