Summary: The house has a lot of rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. It was great for a large party. The listing was inaccurate about the temperature of the pool, and the ability to increase the temperature. When I contacted the property manager about it, they said the listing was wrong, and could not confirm how hot the pool would be. The house had some cleanliness issues (built up dust, dirty dishes, and dirty wall), but overall was clean.

Summary: We loved the location of this home. We came to do some jeeping in Sand Hollow and it was just minutes from the trails. The home was comfortable and spacious with plenty of parking. We will definitely rent this property again!

Summary: We came for our annual get together for high school classmates and some of us stayed at this rental. Enough good could not be said about the property. Everybody was so impressed with the beauty and cleanliness. We had such a wonderful time and the rooms worked out perfect for us. We did not have any children but the castle room would be perfect for that (although one of us did use that room and was referred to as Your Highness for the entirety of the trip). Would definitely rent again if the need arises and would highly recommend. It can accommodate a large group with plenty of seating. We had a total of 18 people in our group (though not all staying there) and when we met for dinner one night there was plenty of room for all to sit on the very large couch and around the dining room table. Staying here definitely added to the enjoyment of our trip.

Summary: The house is massive and great for large groups. Our group of 10 adults and teenagers had more then enough room to spread out. The location is great as well, very close to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek and only about 35 mins from Zion.

Summary: This is an amazing family getaway. We have 4 married children with lots of grandkids this home was perfect. It swallows people and gives everyone plenty of space. Perfect pool / even in the shade both in the AM and late afternoon on. Huge open main floor with large appointed and stocked kitchen with plenty of seating with large table, bonus table and bar stools. Plenty of parking and plenty of garbage cans. (Things most places are short on). We will come here again for sure.

Summary: The house is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room to enjoy our meals together and a great area to gather for a night of games. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of them. I loved how all of the adults had their own personal space for some down time. The pool was a great feature! Our family enjoyed hours of swimming and playing water games together! This house is close to shopping, lakes, movies theaters etc. it also had plenty of parking. we would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Summary: This house was a fantastic place to spend a week together as a family. The design of it was perfect for lots of cousins to spend time together. Every room seemed oversized, the furnishings were comfortable and attractive, the amenities were fun, the house was clean, and the kitchen was very well supplied. The only inconsistency we noticed with the listing was that there is just one washer-dryer, rather than two. The management company left something to be desired. Texting them sometimes felt like interaction with a computer, with a frustrating lack of understanding of what we were asking, and sometimes the conversation suddenly started over from the beginning with a request to know who we were in the middle of a thread. We were given 3 entirely different sets of check-out instructions. Also, several beds were without sheets and no extras were to be found on the property. They brought sheets the next day and left them on the front porch. The house deserves a solid 10 out of 10; hopefully the management company can catch up.

Summary: This home was just perfect for our June family reunion. Where do I begin!? We felt like royalty as we explored all three floors, selecting our favorite spaces for the 8 adults and 7 kids. Each bedroom had luxurious king beds and en suite bathrooms. The kids were completely enamored with the upstairs castle bunk room and the game room downstairs. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed for cooking. Most of our days were spent exploring Zion National Park (only 35 minutes away), walking through the beautiful resort community, playing pickleball, and alternating between the community pool and the backyard pool. This home exceeded all of our wildest dreams. We would stay here again anytime!
