Summary: The backyard was beautiful and so relaxing to sit outside with a morning coffee... hummingbirds and butterflies. The game room was nice for the kids as well. Check in was smooth and communication was great. Had some trouble working the tvs but it was nice to just disconnect for a few days

Summary: Wonderful location for what we planned for our trip. Saw two rocket launches and migratory birds and ducks at Merritt Island Wildlife Sanctuary were plentiful. Can’t say enough about morning coffee and newspaper on the screened veranda. Great start to the day listening to the wind chimes and water features. The bed was comfortable and the master bath something out of a spa magazine. The steam shower was awesome. The brand new Bosch Refridgerator dispensed all the fresh cold water we needed. Bottled water was not needed while in the house. Kitchen and coffee bar were well equipped and ready for in home cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking. The upstairs fun room had it all! Darts, Peletron , weights, ping pong, 5 octave keyboard, beautiful leather sectional, tv,etc. main floor lounge/bar area has a coffee table which converts to a full game table. We really enjoyed the laid back and relaxing vibe of this area of Florida. Will return.

Summary: This truly is a lovely, comfortable home in close proximity to Space Station, Playalinda and Cocoa beaches. The wildlife seen from the garden and patio was fantastic, the house is beautifully laid out with lots of space, the games room was an added treat, particularly the ping pong. Lots of restful hours spent recovering from our day trips. Natasha is a very welcoming host and everything from early enquiries and checking in and out was smooth with brilliant communication. I doubt you will find a better rental property in Titusville Margaret

Summary: This home is absolutely beautiful. It's got plenty of space for everyone, mini-golf for outdoor fun, along with a koi pond and a butterfly garden. All of the trees and plants had labels so you can see what they are. Indoors had plenty of space for play in the movie room area (the Foosball, ping-pong table, and arcade games were a hit), and the beds in the bedroom are so comfortable! The steam shower was amazing as well. We were very happy at this home, and it will be the first one I look up the next time I plan to visit Titusville.

Summary: We had a family reunion at this house in Titusville. We had 9 guests at our busiest time and there was plenty of room for everyone in this spacious, well laid-out property. Natasha and Pete were perfect hosts. They could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood was very quiet, but close to many good restaurants. There are many things to see and do in the Titusville area and on Merritt Island. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable. All of us highly recommend this rental property. We had a very memorable time here.
