Positive: We stayed at the house because of its proximity to the Convention Centre; neighbourhood is like much of Buffalo, nothing to write home about. We loved the house. The bedrooms, kitchen, lounge area, toilets/bathrooms, etc. were great—spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. One downside was the state of the staircase leading to the upper floor; the railings were unhinged/broken and it creaked with each step, often felt like it was going to collapse with the weight of whoever was climbing it. We complained to the housemanager and he said they would fix it. Another downside was the parking spot in front of the house. We were told it was free parking but we incurred two parking tickets from parking out there (which the housemanager promised to reimburse but has so neglected to do so). Apparently, street parking is not allowed during the winter months, so as to make way for the snowplow and school bus. Other than those two issues, it was a good stay and met our needs.

Positive: The place was very beautiful, well maintained, nicely decorated, and has the feeling of luxury with its unique bathrooms, ceiling windows and amazing natural lighting, for people who likes to cook, there's plenty of counter space with that sleek marble, all your cooking needs everything was very clean you would have thought it was new like the fridge with no stains whatsoever. I do suggest bringing a sleeping eye mask like I did because sleeping on the upper floor can be quite bright in the morning, but it was fine because my family and I woke up at 8 am. The bed was very comfortable the sheets were clean and I slept so well every night my family and I ended up spending most of our time inside because it was so beautiful, there is a lot of stores nearby and a pho place on the same street with amazing food. There was a slight problem with check-in but owner solved it right away smoothly, totally fine, no stress and sllowed us an opportunity to check out the house next door also owned by the same owner which I will say is just as clean and beautiful like the one we stayed in. There are some noises at night but expected of a city but not enough to disturb your sleep.

Negative: For two bathroom i was expecting one to be on the lower and another to be on the upper floor but both bathrooms are on the lower floor, so if you sleep on the upper floor, it's a small not unnoticeable hassle to go down through the spiral stairs
