Positive: Such a cute property and in the perfect location. We were close to everything and right off of a main road. The apartment was updated and very well decorated.

Negative: Paid a lot for a sofa bed. Actually was a sectional that we had to push together to make a bed and then put sheets on. Not satisfactory. TV was essentially non functional- very few stations available, took long time for any of them to load up, lost sound at one point and had to restart the whole system. Felt we were not given what we were sold and that some refund is required.

Summary: Nice space. Poor attention to comfort and detail. Bring your own soap/shampoo for the shower

Positive: The pictures are true to life. The loft is nice and spacious and quite comfortable. I wasn’t sure about being on the west side of Buffalo but the neighborhood is fine and very convenient.

Negative: Only a minor detail, the pillows in the bedroom are fine for big people but not so for small people. I had to sleep without.

Positive: Beautiful newly remodeled and sparkling clean property! Very modern and tastefully designed. Big kitchen. Bright lighting. King size bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again in the future. Very good and super quick communications with Chris. He always answered our texts in less than a few minutes. He was also very accommodating. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone!

Negative: It was a little challenging getting in and out of the garage but we appreciated having a garage in which to store our car.
