Positive: My husband left one of his polo shirts. He didn’t realize that he left it at the hotel but was aware it was missing. It was a very pleasant surprise When we received the shirt in a box. We were traveling so we used my mom’s phone number and they made the arrangements to return it to us. It really was a pure kindness and service beyond our expectations.

Summary: We also loved their breakfast menu!!!

Positive: Great location few minutes walk from the waterfront and old Masan city center. Clean and spacious rooms - hotel facility is up to 4 Stars+. Spacious and gorgeous bathrooms. Higher level ocean view rooms provide fantastic harbor view. Still a great value for money

Negative: Not much. There are many local shops near around hotel but this massive port city of Masan is aging and its population is declining.
