Positive: As We are muslim, i can not eat nothing. i suggest consider menu for muslims as well. Thank you.

Negative: There were no instructions on how to use the air conditioning in the room as a heater and the remote was in Korean. I thought there would’ve been central heating and I ended up having a very cold night in bed.

Summary: The stay was good, apart from the heating turned off.

Positive: The hotel is in a central location in Changwon near the Lotte Department Store and all other shops and restaurants. The room is spacious with plenty of outlets and places to charge your devices. I liked the amenities they give and allow customers to take for themselves. I also appreciated their ECO Stay style of cleaning. I chose not to have my room cleaned daily, so I appreciated that they always left fresh towels and water outside my door. The buffet breakfast is very nice and changes daily.

Negative: It's a minor thing, but there are no streaming apps in any of the rooms, which I've read is a Japanese thing as this hotel is a Japanese chain. I realize that most guests who stay here may not spend much time in the room, but I always like being able to watch Netflix on a big screen TV. Aside from that, everything was great.
