Positive: Hotel Gray exceeded our expectations. They allowed us in early as the room was clean. Bathrooms and provided amenities were clean and nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. The aircon worked well in the heat.

Negative: The breakfast was nice but would have loved some butter with the toast.

Negative: The pillows were really uncomfortable. I also wish the ramen was available during the day and not just at breakfast time!
