Positive: Beautiful view and nice appartment. Has carpark and easy for us. Katie reponsed fast any tried hard to help us when we had problems. We hd a good stay overall.

Negative: The elevator was not working one morning, and since we were on a very high floor and we had elder people living here, it was very difficult for all of us get down. We waited for two hours in the room. Enventually one of us got down and we were told we could use the other evvelator in this buildig. But we did not get any informtion from the buikding management before and no contact number we could find in this appartment. So i think it wold be helpful if an emergency contact number of this building could be provided for guests and also make sure the guest be informed if anythig happens in this building.

Summary: Overall we had a good stay here.

Positive: Views are amazing day and night. Location invisible, we walked everywhere from the apartment. The walk to St. Kilda through Albert Park was a highlight and of course Southbank and the city are on your doorstep.

Negative: No induction available on line. Therefore could not use the gym or the pool so it should not be advertised that it's usable, it is not. Inductions apparently only on Wednesday's so if you arrive Thursday, you can't use the advertised facilities.
