Summary: The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together.

Summary: The hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious. However, upon check-in, the television was on with the Langham introduction addressing me as Mr. despite my booking being for a female guest. This was an unacceptable oversight. I lodged a complaint after the second night and the issue was rectified. Apart from the hotel, the pool was underwhelming and was also very crowded. The highlight was the room and the attractive entrance decorated for Easter.
