Summary: Great apartment, brilliant location, stunning views of the city. Loved it. Just wouldn’t recommend for very light sleepers as noise of city below (cars, sirens) comes through the glazing. Other than that it is perfect, we loved it.

Summary: The location was perfect, being walking distance to the city, Crown and the train station. It was also easy for regional attendees to get to. The description online was accurate and the apartment was very clean. Certainly enjoyed the stay and will seek out again if available.

Summary: Great location!! We were able to walk to many attractions. We Highly recommend the SouthBank area!!! Loads of restaurants, and attractions near by. Grocery store within 5 minutes walk. The owner - Tony - was easy to work with and very accommodating. Thanks so much for working with us. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable there. Easy access to transportation....Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the Melbourne area. He has multiple units so check with him regarding availability!!!

Summary: The description of the property on the Stayz website is somewhat overblown. I wouldn't describe it as "truly stunning" or "as roomy as a house". The traffic noise on and off the adjacent freeway ramps is very noticeable. The balcony is tiny and the main toilet wasn't cleaned to the standard I would have expected upon arrival. On the positive side it has all the basics you would want for a 3br 2bath place, including kitchen, its own laundry & dryer, free wifi and carpark. I would only recommend staying here if you need to be in close proximity to the nearby attractions such as Crown and Southbank.
