Positive: The villa is beautiful, fully equipped with everything you can think of, especially the kitchen.. Everything was absolutely perfect. The beds are comfortable and every room has its own bathroom and shower which is such a huge bonus. The owners made sure we were happy and were there for every little thing we needed with a big smile and good vibes. We were 4 adults and 4 children and we felt at home. We will definitely want to come back next time we'll be in koh phangan.

Positive: This villa is INCREDIBLE. We had the absolute best stay and vacation possible. The view and pool is beautiful, and the beach is steps away. The house it self is very stylish and comfortable. What really made the stay amazing was the attentive and generous staff. They were always making sure we had everything we needed, and helped us book several meals, excursions, and transfer to and from the pier/airport. HIGHLY recommended booking here for your stay - whether you are a family or a group of friends, you won’t regret it!

Positive: Amazing from the minute we arrived the hosts were great and they even gave us a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks and beer. There were snacks to eat free of charge too, it was a great start.

Negative: The property had an amazing view and was so spacious and just to our taste very hi end furniture and fitting making it an amazing stay

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at the Sitaya Beach Front Villas. The host was very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Answering every question we had, helping with anything. The villa exceeded our expectations and it even had the fridge full of complimentary drinks and snacks. It has incredibly stylish interior, and the view from the terrace is just breathaking. Would definitely come back in the future and recommend this experience for everyone.
