Positive: The location of the hotel is perfect, a beautiful beach, the rooms are large and clean (we had a private pool), the food is excellent (we had breakfast and dinner) and served like in a chef's restaurant, the staff is exceptional and gives an amazing feeling, Andy is something special in providing wholehearted service. there is no request that is not answered immediately. The beach is stunning and fun to walk along in both directions. You just think of something you are missing and it comes before you even ask. You can take kayaks for free (by booking in advance at the restaurant ). Simply perfect and it was hard to leave

Negative: A bit isolated from central locations and requires a car/scooter (they have a shuttle service to the nearby center several times during the day)

The spa staff were also amazing – the treatments were perfect and so relaxing. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We’ll definitely come back!

Positive: Cannot fault Kupu Kupa. Absolutely stunning resort and wonderful staff, especially No Noe, Foam, Pla, Ad Min and Aek who looked after our family so well. We loved the private pool, fire show and delicious food especially the Thai menu and the children loved the sushi! Thank you so much!

Negative: Everything was perfect. The laundry was a little expensive but otherwise we couldn’t fault it.
